About Winterwood Lakeside Cottage
Built in 1995, Winterwood Lakeside Cottage features open truss 24 foot ceilings, wood and stone flooring, Douglas Fir wooden plank walls and multiple French styled glass doors that provide a panoramic view of Beaver Lake and the Ozark Mountains.
- Winterwood Recording Studios
Winterwood Recording Studios and Winterwood Lakeside Cottage are descendants of Bee Jay Recordings Studios, one of Florida's most prestigious recording facilities. After a string of gold and multi-platinum hits as well as a Grammy Award, Bee Jay was sold and, in 1994, its owner moved to the Eureka Springs area where he built Winterwood Lakeside Cottage and Winterwood Recording Studios.
- Recording Music Business Scolarship
The Eric T. Schabacker Recording & Music Business Scholarship Award Program was established several years ago for the purpose of providing real world educational opportunities to young performing musicians, vocalists, songwriters and recording enthusiasts.

To book your accommodations, please call the reservation office at 479.253.2530. At Winterwood Lakeside Cottage, we do things a little differently than other Arkansas cottages and Beaver Lake cabins. We like to get to know our visitors before they arrive. For this reason, we prefer to make reservations the old fashioned way...over the phone.
