Minimum stay requirements apply year round.
2 night minimum required.
3 night minimum for some holidays and special events.
- Price does not include applicable state sales tax.
- Reservations are confirmed with your Visa or Mastercard. 50% of your intended stay will be billed to your card at the time your reservation is made. The balance is due upon check in and payable by check or cash only. You may, however, pay your balance with your credit card with prior approval. Please call or write.
- Cancellation Policy: Dates must be cancelled by speaking with the Reservation Office. Please call 479.253.2530. Letters, e-mails or messages left on an answering machine are not acceptable. 30% ( + tax) of the intended stay will be billed for cancellations made more than 28 days in advance of the expected arrival date. 50% (+ tax) of the intended stay will be billed for cancellations made 28 days or less prior to the expected arrival date.
- No Shows will be charged at the full rate of the intended stay including tax.
